attended academia de san carlos in mexico city. received his bfa
degree from florida international university and his mfa from boston university.
awarded a guggenheim fellowship, dedalus foundation fellowship, george and helen
segal award and a norman award from brandeis university. serves as assistant professor
of painting and printmaking at brandeis university. works and live in boston.
